Upon receiving a pickup notification, you may retrieve your completed order in person from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Please pick up at:

You can also arrange for your own courier to pick up your orders.

The most economical UPS delivery option. Delivery time depends on destination. Typically 1 business day to nearby cities such as Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa.
2 Day / Expedited
Delivery time is 2 business days to most metropolitan areas in Canada, including but not limited to: Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg and St. John’s. Delivery time is guaranteed by UPS.
Express Saver
Delivery time is 1 business day and by 12 PM to most metropolitan areas within Canada. Delivery time is guaranteed by UPS.
Express
Delivery time is 1 business day and by 10:30 AM to most metropolitan areas within Canada. Delivery time is guaranteed by UPS.
FedEx Express
Standard Overnight
Delivery is next business day by 5 PM to businesses and by 8 PM to residences within most metropolitan areas in Canada. Delivery time is guaranteed by FedEx.
Economy
1 – 3 day delivery by 5 PM to businesses and by 8 PM to residences within most metropolitan areas in Canada. Delivery time is guaranteed by FedEx.
Free Local Delivery
How to Take Advantage of Free Local Delivery
- Step 1: Check your eligibility by typing your postal code into the box on the Free Delivery Eligibility page. If your postal code is eligible, proceed to Step 2.
- Step 2: Make sure this eligible postal code is part of your default shipping address in your Address Book. If not, update your default shipping address to the address associated with this postal code.
- Step 3: At checkout, select your default shipping address and choose “Free Delivery,” which should show as $0.00.
